Nhan Thi Bui, Mylan Group
Nhan Thi Bui has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2016. She is currently the Chairman of the Board of Mylan Group.



Hiep Do, JACCAR Holdings
Mr. Hiep Do has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2010. He has been the Investment Director at JACCAR since 2006, where he is responsible for private equity investment and portfolio management. Funds under his management include the JACCAR Capital Fund, the Vietnam Century Fund, and the Vietnam Opportunity Growth Fund. Prior to his tenure at JACCAR, Mr. Do was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance and Transaction Services team. He holds a Master of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Queensland University of Technology.



Lan Vo, JACCAR Holdings
Ms. Lan Vo has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2010. She is currently the General Manager of JACCAR, a position she has held since 2006. Before joining JACCAR, Ms. Vo was the Finance Manager of the Big C Super Center chain in Vietnam. Prior to that, she served as Chief Accountant of Espace Bourbon An Lac and, previously, of Preziosio. Ms. Vo holds a Doctorate in Finance from the Université Paris Dauphine.



Brian Nguyen, American Dye Source, Inc.
Mr. Brian Nguyen has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2010. Mr. Nguyen has been President of American Dye Source, Inc., a speciality chemicals company located in Canada, since January 2010, following his time as Vice President since 2006. In 2015, he founded RYNAN Technologies Pte. Ltd., a hardware electronics business, in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, where he graduated cum laude.


Dr. Bao Toan Tran, Fideco Group
Dr. Bao Toan Tran has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2015. Dr. Tran worked for 20 years in fund management, investment banking and private banking at prestigious Swiss, European and Vietnamese banks such as Credit Suisse, Banque General du Luxembourg, AKB, VAB, VCAM, and VCSC. He returned to Vietnam in 2005 after two decades abroad to serve as a banking consultant to the Swiss government to support the restructuring of the Vietnamese financial system. Dr. Tran is also a founder of successful companies such as VCAM, VCSC, OFFC, PineTech, Bach Kinh JSC, HappyLand DC and Au Lac Capital Ltd. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Fideco Group, a listed conglomerate on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Dr. Tran holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Fribourg and a Ph.D. in Banking Governance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.


Dr. Nguyen Duc Xe
Dr. Nguyen Duc Xe has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2015. He was a Lieutenant General in the People’s Army of Vietnam and held various management positions at the Ministry of National Defense academies. He trained at Vustren Academy in the Soviet Union and the Vietnam National Defense Academy, and served as a soldier and later as Deputy Division Commander and Chief of Staff for Division 9, Corps 4. In addition to his military career, Dr. Nguyen Duc Xe was the Rector of Nguyen Hue Military University and the head of the Military Tactics faculty, where he also lectured. He was also Director of the Ground Force Academy. Dr. Nguyen Duc Xe holds a Master’s Degree in the Art of Military and a Ph.D. in Military Tactics from the Vietnam National Defense Academy.


Trung H. Nguyen, Mekong Housing Bank
Mr. Trung H. Nguyen has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2015. He has over 40 years of financial industry experience. Prior to his tenure as Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors of Mekong Housing Bank, he was Senior Vice President Finances, Strategic Alliances and International Banking at Caisse Centrale Desjardins. At Caisse, Mr. Nguyen was responsible for managing 7 divisions, namely Banking and Treasury Operations, International Banking, Finances and Control, Information Technology, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Communications, and Administration. As a full member of the Caisse’s Managing Committee, Mr. Nguyen was also member of its Risk Management Committee, Asset Liability Committee and Credit Committee. Mr. Nguyen sat on various Boards of Directors in Canada both professionally and benevolently. In 2006 Mr. Nguyen was appointed by the Prime Minister of Canada as a member of the Business Advisory Council of APEC.Mr. Nguyen is a fellow of the Canadian Bankers Institute and hold degrees from Université de Montreal, Université du Quebec à Montreal and University of Toronto Rotman School of Business.
