Reason:

1. Affectted by shipping condition, storing condition and operating condition.
2. Decap time may decrease by ink consumption volume.
3. Decap time may decrease by intalled life.
4. Cartridge out of date.

Solution:

1. If short de-cap time is caused by condition -> Need to control condition. Mylan ink works well at 25 – 30°C; 60 – 80% RH.
2. If short de-cap time is caused by continuous printing process -> Need to remove cartridge and cleaning printhead.

Reason:

1. The ink is not compatible with substrate.
2. Surface of substrate is not homogeneous, or dirty substrate.

Solution:

Check the substrate.
Change the ink to compatible with substrate.
=> Contact with ink team

Reason:

1. Loss back pressure by shipping, storage.
2. Affectted by print parameters such as print speed, density, ink consumption per 1 message.
3. Cartridge out of date.

Solution:

1. If ink stavation is caused by loss back pressure -> Using priming tool.

If ink stavation is caused by print parameters -> Need to change print parameters.

Reason:

1. Air bubble inside cartridges -> loss back pressure.
2. Strong impact by shipping.
3. Cartridge out of date.
